This dresser is the HEAVIEST dresser Iβve ever painted! I think it weighs 300lbs. Luckily, I have a very strong
son who can move pieces like this
. Heβs never allowed to move out. EVER!

Do you remember the elephant
dresser I painted
a couple weeks ago? Iβll put the photo below for you! Well, the wonderful woman who bought it asked if I had a larger dresser to go with it. I offered to paint this beast to match and Iβm so glad I did!

I painted this piece as a live tutorial in my private coaching group. My best pieces have been coming from these tutorials! My group opens once every Fall & Spring. Our next open date will be in April. You can get on the waitlist here: https://bit.ly/31WeCXx

For the Paint
Detailsβ¦..

I used these products and colors!
Β Β Burlap
This kind of look comes from multiple layers. I pretty much just add layers of paint and colors until my heart
is happy
!! The Sea Spray and mud are used to create a texture to βCatchβthe colors on. I used a wash of paint, vinegar, and water
several different times. You can also see in the right corner I faded in the Tropical
Leaves transfer!!

Then at the end my flat round βBest Dang Waxβ brush helped me to create the shading that pulled this look together. I sealed the body with Clear Coat in Satin and then the top with Gator
Hide! After she was sealed I applied the Gold Gilding wax for the finishing touch!

My favorite products I used for this project are the βBest Dang Waxβ brush and the Sea
Spray! Those 2 things really made this look!!

What do you think?? Is the bohemian vibe
your style??
